Launching refurbished goods at eBay

eBay wanted to raise awareness and consideration for a new line of certified refurbished merchandise from well-known brands across technology, tools and kitchen appliance categories.

Using a new creative approach

To promote awareness about its new Certified Refurbished category, eBay selected two well-known content creators on social media, Noel Miller and Cody Ko, to create an entertaining video series in their own style. eBay then transformed the content into FaceBook video ads and used innovative ad placements and formats such as immersive full-screen vertical Stories and interactive FaceBook polls to engage audiences.
